When can I request a return?

Because we sell food and drink products, we can accept a return only when an item is:

• Damaged when delivered
• Different from the item you ordered
• Faulty

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I request a return?

Email hello@quarantacaffe.uk with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Once we confirm the issue, Quaranta Caffè will provide return instructions and send you a prepaid return label. You will not need to pay the return postage.

Replacement or refund

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will offer either:

• A replacement, or
• A refund to your original payment method

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24–48 hours.
